Here is a list of minigames in Fever. Translated from the French page with additions from the English Forums.

 | Dung Beetle | Move the spider-looking insect up and down and click to send it across the screen across as many green dung balls as possible. More and smaller balls at higher difficulty levels. | Medium |
 | Flycatcher | Hold the left mouse button pressed to fill the power gauge, then release to blow up the fish and swallow the fly. | Easy |

 | Whack-A-Mole | Hit the moles/worms on the head with the hammer. Aim for the moles with bandages on their heads. WARNING: Aim with the mouse cursor, not the hammer. The controls are very deceptive in this game. | Easy |

 | Olive ! | Avoid toothpicks by moving the olive left and right with the mouse. Watch the pattern of them as they are fired from the background and attempt to put the olive in any gap you see. More toothpicks at higher difficulty levels. | Medium |
 | Space Sniper | You must target the monster at the intersection of two lines. Click once to set the horizontal line over the monster, then do the same with the vertical line. Then click to shoot. Faster movement of the targeting lines at higher difficulty levels. | Easy |
 | Devil Flower | You are the bouncing ball. Pick the flowers by heading over them with the mouse. Avoid the black balls because it will slow your bouncing. | Easy |
 | Mini Guard | Protect the main building by preventing the blue balls from approaching. Throw ground attackers in the air to destroy them. Click on a ball, keep the left mouse button pressed, and throw the ball by moving the cursor up quickly and releasing the mouse button while you are moving the mouse. Similarly, throw air attackers on the ground. | Easy/Medium |
 | Acrobats ! | Stack the walking red balls in the locations of white circles. Click on a ball, wait until the arrow is pointing in the the desired angle and release the mouse button. You must time both catching the ball when it is near the stack and going at the right angle from where it stops. | Medium |
 | Slider | Click near the pucks to knock them into the blue circle. Get all pucks blue to win. Be careful, knocking them back out past the red circle will turn them red again. More pucks at higher difficulty levels. | Easy |
 | Hardcore Spacer | Avoid all of the bullets by moving the ship with the mouse. Survive for the alloted time and win. More bullets at higher difficulty levels. | Medium |
 | Picture Tile Slider | Restore the image by sliding the tiles. | Easy |
 | Memory | Flip cards to match pairs. The full solution is shown at the beginning. More cards at higher difficulty levels. | Easy |
 | Cubatros | Make a square out of the given pieces by aligning them properly in the tray. | Easy |
 | Ball Trap | Prevent the ball from falling into a hole with the mouse. While bouncing, the ball will aim for the mouse cursor, so place the cursor over whatever platform you want it to bounce off of next. Each bounce destroys a piece of the flooring. | Easy |
 | Flyswatter | Swat the flies with the swatter. WARNING: Aim with the swatter head and not with the mouse pointer. The controls are very deceptive in this game. | Medium |
 | Serial Jumper | Take the black pieces with the knight. The knight moves like a regular knight in chess - in an “L” (3 boxes in one direction + 1 box to the left or right of that) | Easy |
 | Karate Commando | Click to hit the opponents coming from the left. You can hit high or low by moving the mouse vertically: crouching kick, standing horizontal punch, punch in the air. Different enemies will need to be hit with different positions to be knocked out. More variation in enemies at higher difficulty levels. | Easy/Medium |
 | Salad Slobbery | Move the snails to make them eat the leaf. Click on a snail and then click its destination. | Easy |
 | Jail Break | Move the mouse from left to right to move your prisoner, and do not move the mouse to hide. Make it all the way to the manhole to win. If the moving spotlights touch you while not hidden, you lose. More spotlights at higher difficulty levels. 1) | Medium |
